Tomatoes
Cilantro

Green Chile

This is one of those "eye ball it" recipes. So if you don't know how, you gone learn today!
Dice as many tomatoes as you want for your salsa
On gas stove or on oven BROIL, roast green chiles until mostly black. Once it cools, peel the skin and scoop out seeds. Dice and add to tomato. If you want more spice, add more chiles! A can of roasted HOT or MILD green chiles works fantastic as well.
Slice and dice 1/4 of onion- if salsa looks or tastes like it needs more, add more.
Dice and add cilantro
Squeeze 1/2 or more of lime juice- I like to mix and taste test with a chip!
